| This is a fictionalized version of the real life Shimoyama incident. So far there haven't been any clues as to whether this is a suicide or murder. Shimokawa did look pretty depressed after the layoffs so it could entierly be suicide, but given how shady the Americans are murder is not ruled out either. This chapter also focused on the inspector in charge of the investigation and it even introduced his family. If this does turn out to be a murder I have a bad feeling that he'll get killed or something in order to cover it up. |
