I have free time for the next few days. Can you know the right order to watch this anime? Series, ova and films.... I searched the web and reddit but some have different opinions. I would love it if someone could help me with the actual order... Well I don't mind if i have to watch it according to the anime release
Sorry my English broken

You'd be fine watching in release order. The movie Do You Remember Love is a compilation of the original series with some changes and the rest are sequels that more or less take place in release order. The exceptions are the OVA Macross II takes place later than any of the others but also isn't canon to the rest of the series. And the OVA Macross Zero takes place shortly before the original series, but is mostly just relevant to Macross Frontier.

Depends on how much of the franchise you want to watch; you can either cherry pick the ones that look interesting, or go all-in down the rabbit hole. If you prefer more modern anime, starting with Frontier and going to Delta is fine, but the old anime are plenty deserving to watch if you don't mind cel animation.

For just the core pieces only, in release order, it is: Macross OR Do You Remember Love? > Macross 7 > Macross Plus > Macross Zero > Macross Frontier > Macross Delta
From here, if any portion is particularly interesting you can delve into the associated OVA's and movies for what you like. As a whole, franchise concepts carry over between installments, but characters largely don't. This is only an exception for occasional cameos (happens the most in Frontier), but it's there for fanservice and won't hurt your comprehension.

If you want a more in-depth look for all the important entries, or for a chronological watch order, I would recommend checking out this interest stack.

For Macross, watch in release order. Not as complicated as Gundam. :)

SDF Macross => Macross Plus => Macross 7 => Macross Zero => Macross Frontier => Macross Delta.

The OVAs (Plus and Zero) are necessary. They are mentioned in the sequels, especially in the movie versions.

Note that the movies are NOT compilations, they are alternate stories. Only watch the movies after watching the TV version.

Going to mention @TheMechaManiac because he is better than me at guiding people into Macross.

The way they were released (SDF Macross > Plus > 7 > Zero > Frontier > Delta) is the correct one. Note that while the movies (Do you remember love and the Frontier and Delta movies) are presented as compilations they actually diverge quite a bit from the originals with new animation and everything so you should watch them as well.
7 also has some fun side crap and a direct to video sequel called Dynamite.
Macross 2 is not considered canon as the original creators had minimal involvement.

@NewestPersonHere would agree with this completely.
Macross is indeed a simple franchise to go through, unlike, say, Gundam. Only Macross II is non cannon. Everything else, you just go with the release order. 7 is a bit messy because there are some short omake (7 Plus), one of which explains the main antagonists a bit more, a set of three episodes that were withheld from broadcast because 7^2 = 49 episodes (and 7 is all about the number 7) and a thirty minute theatrical short that was shown with the movie for Plus. Watch all these before you procede to 7 Dynamite which is the direct sequel to 7.
Also, after SDF watch the 2012 musical OVA, the ending ties in quite a bit into Delta's movies.
