I don't think Magase is a human , just like Ryo (from devilman crybaby) was satan but revealed later.

Also how ai Magase was compared to Babylon in the show and also shown giving apple to Adam and Eve

Magase is a direct reference to biblical Whore of Babylon, hence the title. Wether she is a human or not, it's hard to tell, just like wether her power is supernatural or she is just that good at gaslighting and persuasion.

Yeah, I closely related her character to that of a more enigmatic Johan Liebert.
