CONSIDERING they are NOT putting the same level of quality of S1, if they get their resources in order, maybe we could get S3 next year, and then always at least 12-13 news episodes ever year?! | Will wait for an official announcement at some point but hopefully the staff can take a bit more time with this season, not a surprise whatsoever if the next season was in production. Volumes 13-15 is a fantastic stretch so willing to wait a few years for that stretch to deliver. |

| If there’s any chance for this adaptation to return up to par with what that magical first season provided, then this is it. Cause s2 overall has been disappointingly lackluster in directing and visuals in comparison, and Mushoku Tensei is a series whose fortitude lies in expressing the intricacies of these characters and their respective roles in the story. I can understand how hard it is to do so, though, no wonder why Okamoto left after s1. |

| I think it's neat that the s3 announcement made its way into the last episode of s2. Off the top of my head I can't remember ANY other anime that got an official announcement of the next season in the season finale episode. Of course if you're someone here on MAL or most other internet places the s3 info isn't hard to come by. Getting that instant answer to the "post-finale anticipation" or "renewal anxiety" is always nice. |
