At which chapter of manga does the anime end, I wanna start the manga so asking.

Just start reading the manga from the first chapter, anime skipped many ecchi scenes and manga exclusive moments between the main characters. Also the manga doesn't revolve around specific couple, there are like 10 main couples including the 4 couples from anime and each of the couples gets 20 chapters for them , so yeah once their arc ends you will never see them again in next chapters coz new couple arc starts to begin.
But there are some special chapters where different couples interact so yeah u can see there previous couples.
Manga is top tier, definitely recommend you to read it, it's simple short funny and yeah a lot of 18+ moments.

I think every volume of 10 chapters covers 1 girl so maybe around 40?
