With how close we are to the end, I think just dumping in the fact that hospitals have a confidentiality agreement in the cases of sex and pregnancy curtails really bad writing. Same goes how convenient it was for the media personality who they knew in the past to own first before anyone else, it just kinda seems forced especially since her current living conditions aren't known either. All in all, the pen game weak. But the premise and the take on sex as a desire most humans would want is there. Too sad, he's so far contradicted that in how the plot goes against the characters decisions. It all just feels incoherent I'm afraid. I did enjoy the story though, but it just feels like a weak argument for the purposes of the philosophy it's gunning for. AND YES, THE PUN AT THE END WAS INTENDED.
