According to mangaupdates, no, anime adapted 12 volumes worth of contents, and there are 22 volumes total.

^ yes, it adapted 12 volumes
but I want add that manga skipped one character's arc, so it might say that anime skipped ~10-11 volumes

There are about 3 or 4 arcs (including Heitai's story), that are past the point where the anime ended. If you really liked the anime, then I would recommend reading the rest of it, but otherwise, the anime ended at a good stopping point.
