Can someone give me a little rundown of the realise odder of the anime.

At first I thought it was a new series, but it seems to have alternatives and prequels. Can someone tell me ware to watch, just to be clear.

The original is the manga by Inio Asano. Episode 0 is basically a chunk of the manga that's much later. I'd recommend starting at Episode 1 because that's where the manga really starts. Fans of the manga are also puzzled as to why they did this u_u... but for now just ignore Episode 0 because it'll make more sense later.

@BurntToastCrumb no, I disagree with crunchyroll's decision but:
A) the best stuff in the manga isn't spoiled
B) the story is heavily character focused, so except dor 1 big spoiler I think no spoiler can affect the enjoyment of the story, and the big spoiler in ep 0 actually might enhance that plotline
C) people call it spoiler but pretty early on they explicitly state some of what happens in ep 0
It was idiotic and a symptom of my biggest gripe with the adaptation, but it doesn't ruin the story and might enhance some of it for you with some parts maybe a little less intense but for me those moments were just as good on reread so I don't think it's as bad as people say

@KuchikiTaicho as far as i understood, the ONA is just the movies cut up into episodes. And since i can't find the movies anywhere, im just watching the ONA episodes as they come out. Don't know why they did it like this.
