I saw the genre and I was like “okay this is normal” until I don’t see “School” genre even this anime has the genre. Why does that become a thing? Bug?

@negatives It doesn't have a school genre, that was the point. The school setting has been completely unimportant so far.

It doesn't have the ecchi tag either.

Mind you, it shouldn't have it imo, but nowadays fake ecchi without nudity get the tag if the anime has a single pantyshot.
This has plenty of pantyshots.
As well as weird cut scenes that trick you into thinking they have partial nudity but then it's just hands blending with the bg...
