 The official website of the Kimi no Iro (Your Color) original anime movie revealed main cast, additional staff, a key visual (pictured) and a special promotional video on Monday. The dude's design kinda looks A LOT like Ushio Kensuke(at least in his current profile picture), so I'll take a guess and say that the main trio of characters will be somewhat based on Yamada, Yoshida Reiko and Ushio themselves, seeing as they go a long way together in the industry. Whatever the case, another Yamada project is always welcome. Hype!
| @Mark_GAES If this goes in the direction I think it will, then putting yourself as a self-insertion in this type of plot is going to be pretty suspect. @MichaelJackson I have never associated Yamada with “humor,” if by that we mean the same thing. For me, she is more the creator of the most visual animation, which shows more than it tells. Liz and the Blue Bird is a particularly striking example. |
