that scene is from 1st season, ep 3 (just checking back and just found it), when Tomozaki and Hinami go to a restaurant to eat together , and just coincidence met Kikuchi during her part time job at same restaurant.
during special ep, both of them already knew Kikuchi work part time at the same restaurant when Izumi and the group want to go for lunch, and reason why Kikuchi and Tomozaki did not meet that time because other classmates were there during that time. and Tomozaki only messaged Kikuchi that he noticed her at the restaurant after they ate there.

I think it was from S1, ep2 or ep3. In the pic, Tomozaki's hair is a mess but his clothes are nice. So this is just after he met Hinami irl. I believe he got a haircut in episode 4 or 5 so this is from before that. |
