After hardcore sex to the point of exhausting her, he apologizes and expresses how he loves her, to which Uzaki says she wouldn't be pissed if he calmly expressed his love like that instead, I guess.
Funny enough, that experience was kinda traumatic so she told him she hopes he gives her a happy memory of sex next time they do it.

The... all of a sudden, the door bell rings. And the one who appears is Uzaki's father... somewhat grinning in a peculiar way, but mostly looks enraged, lol.

... How the hell did he find out.

That ending. I sort of imagined the doorbell ringing getting a deeper tone with each ringing. Fujio’s overprotective dad senses must’ve going off like crazy. The only thing that would make him madder than he already is for him to see his daughter holding a baby. Like say… Sakurai’s baby sister. That would be hilarious.
