There is no question that they are inspired by real players.

Adam Blake - Harry Kane
Pablo Cavasoz - Dybala
Dada Silva - Casemiro
Julien Rocky - Mbappe
Leonardo Luna - Marco Asensio

Harry Kane and Mbappe are clear, the rest not as there are several players who fall into such patterns.

pretty sure adam blake is imaged after Harry Kane and Julian Loki is imaged after Kylian Mbappe

There are no exact matches for others though

Arguably Pablo Cabassos can be Paolo Dybala and Leonardo Luna can be Ferran Torres

yeah I thought of casemiro too but let's assume the author was solely considering forwards for inspiration

We can say he went for the evergreen Hulk as an inspiration but it can also be highly unlikely

I don't know Leonardo Luna and Dada Silva, but I've seen people saying that Dada Silva is based of Diego Costa and Leonardo Luna is based of Fernando Torres.

Ascensio seems a random shout. It's more likely to be Torres or Morata, but I don't remember much anyway. Most I remember is that mans is Spanish. Also, wouldn't say that Harry Kane is all that clear (even though it is him probs) cause I remember physicality being a distict part of his game. Alan Shearer or just the general "English" striker would be more accurate but England has definitely moved out of the "English" mould.

they are a weird jumble of different real players.
but this is my opinion on who they used as inspiration:
Adam Blake -> getting Niklas Bendtner vibes although he is danish
Roki-> pretty obviously inspired by mbappe and or thierry henry
leonardo luna -> my best guess would asensio, torres and raul
dada silva-> casemiro
pablo cavasoz-> messi, dybala and altho spanish I'm getting major butragueno vibes.

harry kane? not really except the nationality and the position. different playing styles and totally different personalities.
