| So when I first encountered this manhwa I was really charmed by it. Art is just so beautiful. And story was so interesting. But after arriving at chapter 43 by accident I checked a comment section. Everyone was warning me to drop it because it turns into something really twisted later on. You know it's like an Attack on Titan or Mass Effect trilogy. Beginning is just awesome but by the end of it, story gets really rubbish. I just had to confirm whether things that they were writting are true. I checked spoilers for novel it is based on. And I dropped this few minutes later. And here is a reason why: Story at the very end this turns into reverse incest harem and ML turns out to be her step father. Yes along the way she even goes to bed with both of her step brothers (they as a people are both trash), and even her actual blood brother.... something about Gods, time travelling blah blah blah overall ending is a complete mess. And yeah I get it she turns out not to be related to her father by blood. But come on! That guy is absolute a-hole. Abusive Father that tormentend and ingored suffering/bullying of his daughter later turns into her lover? How on Earth it gets there? I really regret learing all that beacuse story so far was interesting and art was awesome. But if only first half of story is good while second is trash for people that enjoy some really weird stuff. I belive that investing my time into this any further is simply a major waste of time. |
