Well TNK would be the dream now would it?

TBH I actually don't even care what studio it would do as long as they stay true to the source material (no fuck ups like S3 please), don't deviate from the original art style too much (something like Megami no Café Terrace I could live with) and are not afraid to showcase the best and most angelic oppai in the whole history of anime. Let's be honest, there ain't even one that's better. Never has been, never will be. I'm not holding my breath tho, it's just a dream at this point. A beautiful, beauuuutiful, succulent dream for us men of culture.

I swear the minute the S5 bomb would drop, the whole anime community is gonna go apeshit so hard that even monkeys are gonna feel ashamed.

So here's to our queens! May they reign prosperous and live on in our hearts forever!

You wanted to ask "Which studio would be in charge of season 5?" i think.
In that case Mappa and Madhouse are completely out of question, they don't work with this kind of ultra ecchi stuff, Production I.G might be like that as well. Queen Bee out since it's a hentai studio xD
Most likely Passione again but it's just daydreaming, no 5th season has been announced.

I don't think this will happen in the near future, also there is a new light novel series in production which is now in hiatus (Shin High School DxD), the latest volume was released back in 2020. Will be there hope for the series to make a comeback?

I really wanted mappa to animate season 5, but Passione will most likely animate it... Season 5 arc is really interesting and is filled with action (fighting). I hope they make 24 episodes for season 5, that might complete the arc

New volume either at the end of this year, or beginning of next year, Ishibumi has been working on it for a while and Recently (on the anniversary) confirmed that it’s releasing “soon”

I agree with you, but tnk won't come back. I just hope that Passione change their art style a little bit. Season 5 will come soon I think. I don't think there will be much oppai in season 5

There has been no official confirmation on either developement or a release time window. Only some semi-legit leaks so don't get excited yet. These leaks are going on for a few years now always stating that its gonna come next year.

I've given up on a new season. They should have animated it all by now and be working on an anime for the Sequel series.

Should be like season 7 or later at this point with movies honestly

Tbh i would hate for TNK to come back, these guys have a great art style but they tainted the adaptation, if passione get's the project again i will be happy, the other studios are just dreams lol, but would be cool to see mappa or shaft to animate a season 5, mainly shaft tbh, the style of animation the do on the monogatari series would be perfect for DxD, idk about the ecchi scenes tho, shaft does know how to make good ecchi but it's a different kind of ecchi.
But anyways, season 5 still is just a dream, but if Spice and Wolf can make a comeback after 17 years, why wouldn't this too.

@SametTakao A1 is not gonna animate this mate...the only ecchi animes they adapted were saekano and another one i dont remember its name and it was way back when they started, not very into it later and knowing that it is a subsidiary of Sony and its relationship with censorship...

It is between TNK and Passione (if it ever gets adapted, passione is not only adapting ecchi lately but "growing")
