I personally think The Genius Prince’s Guide to Raising a Nation Out of Debt is everything Realist Hero tried to be before it went downhill and focused mainly on the harem.

To be honest, I had high hopes for Realist Hero but it went downhill for me. That being said, the ones I can think of that are somewhat similar are:

-Tsukimichi- Moonlit Fantasy
-Banished From the Heroes Party, I Decided to Live a Quiet Life in the Countryside
-Trapped in a Dating Sim: Otome Games are Tough for Mobs
-Chillin in my 30s After Getting Fired from the Demon King’s Army
-Death March to the Parallel World Rhapsody
-Cautious Hero: The Hero is Overpowered but Overly Cautious
-Parallel World Pharmacy
-Maoyu
-The Saint’s Magical Power is Omnipotent

They vary in what is similar though, so it depends on your tastes.

I appreciate everyone help. Kinda looking for something into politics or just someone really good at being a leader. I seen a lot everyone mentioned. Even watching Heretical Villainess to Savior this season. I guess it's a rare genre. In Realist Hero I got hooked on the idea the MC is weak but confident in leading.

That's a underrated one. Powerfull on several levels and well done. Yeah I liked it. :)

I just remembered one that I forgot I had on my wishlist that might be similar. The Heroic Legend of Arslan.

I gotta find where to watch that.

Oh and I think the closest genre to what we're looking for is Kingdom Building. Kinda empty genre unfortunately.

I always felt Madan no Ou to Vanadis gave off a similar vibe despite being pure fantasy rather than isekai fantasy. The MC isn’t crazy overpowered but he still has some mettle to him, the little field battle strategy explanations are fun, the classic feel of the art style and story are nice, and the characters are all somewhat interesting/enjoyable despite being rather simple. The anime unfortunately doesn’t get that far into the story, but that’s a pretty common occurrence

With that in mind I’d also recommend simply reading the Realist Hero LNs. They’re actually pretty good

I have read the LN for Realist Hero. Also been reading Heretical Villainess to Savior, Altina the Sword Princess and several others. Just looking for another anime fits along those kind of theme to watch

The show you mentioned is one of my favorites.

I have not seen anything quite like it.

What are you trying to say if you enjoyed these animes good for you, I never said to drop them in fact because of the anime I got interested in the LN of genijitsu as for shadow though at first I dropped it I have somehow finished it even so I have never tried to influence others to drop them.

While watching genjitsu it was evident that they have left somethings from LN for an easy narration in anime hence I got curious to read the LN and loved it.
