As an anime only for this series the anime was really good especially the beginning

The anime is great, but definitely go subbed over dubbed. The english VAs actually take away from good writing because the inflection in their voices just aren't quite right.

I don’t think inflection is what I’d pick on from the dub. There’s a few odd/unnatural pauses in some lines but honestly a bigger deal is the audio quality is inconsistent, some of the mics or recording environments were awful. A couple of the dub voices were good and clear so having other voices with awful quality really stands out, the static and hollow quality was distracting to me.

I wish there was a way for the dub to at least be re-recorded with different voice actors and better quality.

On forums your message length has to be at least a certain amount of characters (not sure the exact number), so they just added that at the end to make it long enough

i feel the whole process behind dubbing is lackluster when it comes to foreign languages

I've seen dubbed anime where a lot of the overlapping osts and sound effects are just cut off because the dubbed dialogue overlaps the timing for the japanese dub

it's like the early YT dubbing era where the audio edits are really bad

production value of anime is incredible
+
manga feels slow sometimes but anime has nice pacing throughout

but i haven't read entire manga either I only read the second half and that after watching the anime so I am maybe biased towards anime
