is the Natsu e no Tunnel manga or the anime the closest to the LN ?

i was reading the manga (up to volume 2) and watching the anime and in the anime the tunnel is

another change i noticed is

i'm going to watch / read all 3 anyways but i'd like to know

definitely the manga (I havent read it yet) but the pacing in the film was devestating and skipped a lot of development out

so i just learned the anime changed A LOT from the LN to the point some say it barely follows it, kinda sucks
