I watched the first 2 episodes and didn't really like it, is the manga better?

Yes, the anime is not a BAD adaptation like Tokyo Ghoul or The Promised Neveralnd season 2, but it skips some parts that make some scenes have more context, a few moments between Tetsuo and Kasen, and it has some level of censorship (it changes some scenes so they aren't as violent as the manga).

The anime is still fun to see and all, but the manga is better.
