| Chapter 29: Return of a Sworn Friend! Well that all happened pretty quickly. Just when I was starting to get the hang of Net Navis appearing the real world, we're already introduced to the Quartet of Evil, the cast figures out DesertMan's entire moveset on the fly, Chaud and ProtoMan give us a "turning evil" fakeout, and Protoman reveals a new sword. Kinda took a few re-reads to sort all of that out, 'cause the entire area just gets decimated in a single page turn. Really breakneck pacing in this one. |
