Or, i have to read the manga after finishing this anime?

Just Watch the Re:Life OVA if you want to see the ending it's free on chrunchyroll and it's pretty good 👍🏽

I would say to read the Manga over the OVA for the ending because the OVA rushes many of the emotional aspects of the ending that makes it so good

Kanketsu-hen adapted the Final Arc , despite rushing it a little.
But everything between each entry was completely skipped , so if you just want the end of the story , you can watch the OVAs , but if you want all the complete story , you'll have to read the Manga.
Note that the Manga use a Manhwa (Korean comics) style , and thus have long colored strap easy to scroll as Chapters.

They fcked it. Manga has way better ending. Conclusion is the same. But there are still some chapters in the manga which are totally worth it. And everyone will like them. There is still a lot of stuff they didn't adapt throughout the show. The Manga has like 250+ chapters. You can imagine how much stuff they cut in the Anime. Though the stuff they didn't adapt didn't really affect the main story that much. But there are moments better in the Manga. I think they should've adapted this series perfectly without leaving any of the pages in the Manga. Cuz this Manga totally deserves it.

I Always dislike the "read the manga guys" but in this case you should. You can watch the 4 ovas to see the ending but is too Rush... Pace in the manga is good and you can read it in a couple of hours.
