anyone else think mahiro got used to his new situation a bit too quickly?

let me preface this with saying that i know this is a comedy manga first and foremost, so i'm aware it's not supposed to be some deep psychological study (it hasn't really affected my enjoyment either). that being said, let's look at the things that happened to mahiro: he gets forcefully transitioned into a girl because his sister roofied him and he's forced to go through middle school again while pretending to be the opposite gender. for the vast majority of people, they'd be rightfully pissed and uncomfortable with their new situation. aside from some moments played for comedy, that doesn't happen at all. i sure as hell know i'd feel super weird if i had to go to middle school while being a girl (not to mention how creepy i'd feel making friends there). again, i know it's a comedy, but i feel like there was a lot left out that could've made this manga even more interesting. thx for coming to my ted talk
