| I hope it will get second season. And I agree with part of Banana-Pudding's review: This show is easily one of the most underrated anime of all time. It really is damn good. I think a lot of folks write it off early because it's isekai and with a harem theme (two of my favs to be fair), but that aside- it is extremely well executed and is unique enough to be its own. [...] Speaking of the plot, it is amazing. First of all, the show does an great job at pacing. The plot unveils itself and the more you learn, the more you want to know. Seika and his friends are....special, but that's to say the last. There is a twist in the show that I absolutely love and why it got ranked so high. I love these types of unexpected events, so yeah- the plot is really good. |

| Mmm, well, technically after the end of season 1 there wasn't enought material for a second season, but as now, December 2023, there is, also volume 7 will be released on January 2024, so they now have enought stuff for 13 more episodes. I have the feeling the studio behind it want more time and more material to adapt if they ever want to do it in the first place. The serie is very good and, for me, one of the top isekai ever made. But, there is also the manga adaption, is not good like the anime, character design is more generic and they minimize some scenes (like the knights massacre at the castle), but is readable. Infact, it is actually at the same part as the episode 13 of the anime, so in the next month or so the manga adaption will go beyond the anime. |

Did the anime help with light novel sales and was it popular in Japan?
I agree with you but those are usually what decides if a anime gets a continuation.
| @Gl0rp I read recently an article where some anime producers do not care at all about source material sales, infact some crappy anime adaptations are made even if they aren't so good and have big numbers (like Shinka no Mi, the fruits of evolution). Said that, last time i check the novels they have, according to wiki, about 1 milion of copies around, dunno if is good or not, do not know the japanese market at all, but if the novels are ongoing it mean it sells. Btw, the manga is indeed more fast paced and generic but is not bad at all, it is also much more edgy and bloody compared to the anime and it add scenes that are not included in the anime while shortening others, if there is no season 2 your only bet is the manga, i know is not the same but is better than nothing. |

| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |
