86--EIGHTY-SIX (light novel)
| Every time someone is not convinced about the 86 resolve and say they could or should go back and live a normal life you take a sip (it will guarantee a bottle per episode, they do that even in the middle of missions that if they fail they die anyway, like nobody in the whole military has any brain). Same could apply to every time they are worried about Shin taking the front and risking himself like that's not what he did for the last five years and they were all ok with that before... Feels like they didn't have enough script to complete the required 22min per episode so they kept repeating and repeating the same dialogues several times per episode, they also put a loli because there is probably a quota for that and made up the most nonsense excuse for it to be ok for her to be wandering around military bases at war... I really liked the first part, but this second one is getting annoying... |

| Stuff like that keeps happening even in the light novels, it’s actually painful at times. In certain parts of volume 4 the author would remind us of Shin’s struggles every couple of pages (seriously; this isn’t hyporbole) and it became very annoying |
