Konosuba: An Explosion on This Wonderful World! (light novel)
| I just finished reading the manga up to volume 11 recently, and after reading the synopsis on this season it would sound like a prequel (Megumin is going to learn explosion magic, which she already full well knows in S1 and S2). But it's listed as if it were season 3. Anyone know what to expect? I'm looking forward to it either way but curiosity has the better of me at the moment. |

| its not exactly s3 but a prequel o well I'm watching it non the less but i hope we do get a new season soon as well id love to see more progress between Megumin and Kazuma after the movie ^_^ |

And answering some people who were asking "why a spinoff before S3": the first half of the spinoff novels (which is proably what they'll adapt here) happens in the past and ends right at the begining of S1 and contains some important pieces of backstory; the second half of the spinoff starts during S3 of the anime, so they had to take this out of the way now. |
