I saw that they changed the OP a bit and completely animated the ED and I was wondering why they did that ? They didn't finished them in time maybe ?

The first seconds of the op were already there since ep 3 or 4, and since it's only about 5 seconds it was probably intentional to not use them in other episodes, I just don't get why. About the ending, probably it wasn't finished on time, or else it seems illogical to not use the visual before

They just didn't finish it in time at the beginning, but now it's done so yea.
