Ah~ that's a good pick! And what a great way to start your visual novel journey in general. I also feel you with the feeling of wanting to experience it all again for the first time. :D
My personal pick would be Mask of Truth, simply because I think it concluded the trilogy so well. Like it just felt so rewarding after I was done with everything. But I still like all of them a lot.

On a side note, there's a prequel JRPG to Mask of Deception called Monochrome Mobius, if you're interested of exploring the world more. If you haven't done that already that is~

I bought it not too long ago and it's pretty nice game so far, but I definitely recommend of reading Mask of Deception and Mask of Truth first if you haven't yet, before playing Monochrome Mobius.
Just so that it can leave a bit bigger impact. But that's just my own personal opinion~ You can still play it before anything else.

Nice! I've yet to read that very original myself. I've meant to buy a physical copy of it but I've been delaying it for a reason or another.
Hopefully I'll get myself to do that soon though.  : )
