Considering this is officially the conclusion of "Pokemon (2019)" and everything else connected to Pokemon (2019) includes the "(2019)" in the title — such as "Pokemon (2019): Kami to Yobareshi Arceus" and "Pokemon (2019): Harukanaru Aoi Sora" — then this should also be similarly labeled as "Pokemon (2019): Mezase Pokemon Master".

Its not conclusion of just the 2019, it's the conclusion of the series as a whole, so just Pokémon fits better

It concludes Ash's story which began with the 1997 anime titled Pokémon (Pocket Monsters in Japanese). It's only fair that to bring it to a closure they're using the same title.

Pokémon (2019) narrated the story of Ash and Go — and that is over.
