In the last episode we see what we see...
However, I'm too lazy to go back to the 1st or 2nd episode to fact check it. Didn't Teacher give Fran her name?

She did not had a name as a slave due to contract, so Shishou formally named her Fran once again.

He never named her. After knowing that Fran's name was taken from her due to the slavery contract, "Shishou/Master" then asked her about what her name was before she was enslaved. To which she responded: "Fran".

Due to her being a slave; all slaves lose their names.

Shisho asked her what her name used to be before she was a slave, and thus he gave her the name fran back.
