| While the fighting and plot moved along at a nice pace, what impressed me the most in this episode is the design of Babata's outfit. The underlayer is a skin tight bodysuit with what looks like starry constellations moving in it, with some armor like overlays at certain parts (shoulder pads, bracers). And oh there are small, almost vestigal wings? Whatever it is that outfit is hot! I want one. Take my money now. |

| Pretty interesting end to the expedition on the island, Luo Feng receives 4 wood crystals as a reward for collecting the most in his martial hall. He stays back because he knows that they might have missed something and didn't get discover the alien civilization they came for. Luo Feng finds a special item that can pierce his SS black gold armor and discovers it is much stronger than his own spirit weapons and black gold armor. He finds remnants of what appears to be a base from an alien civilization, exactly what the martial hall master was searching for. Inside he finds so many wood crystals and 7 man-like corpses that intimidate him even though they aren't alive. He ends up colliding with Babata Devil who is responsible for looking after the place and explains who the corpses were. We find that they were part of a meteorite civilization that went near extinct 50,000 years prior and that the advancements from No. 09 were messages passed on from the master of this alien civ. Looks like they're planning on using Luo Feng as a successor since they've gone through their way to make him a star traveler level warrior and pursued him instead of fought him. |
