| I see this as one of the series that is always a 1/10 in everyone's list. and I know what it is. and every time I see a reaction to it, it's always a horrified one. so.... here's what I have always been confused about. isn't this meant to be a horror? if it actually disturbs the shit out of people with incest cannibalism, then wouldn't that mean it's doing at least something right with it's imegary? Now I haven't seen it, but it is weird how I haven't seen a single person consider this. I kinda want to watch it just to see why, But I'm also not sure if I should purposely scar myself out of curiosity. |

| Whilst I'm tempted to encourage you with:" this is but an animation, and that it's a pure work of fiction". I've personally seen much worse and wouldn't be affected by this, as it is a pure work of fiction to me, I'm also not a fan of horror myself but I still gave it a try. It is interesting to say the least, and does not deserve a 1/10 that's too biased, and well.. frankly unjust.  |
| It’s not really horror like I would say, just kinda weird. The plot doesn’t really make sense, and the incest-cannibalism just make you uncomfortable. The horror is supposed to be the overall plot (I think?), its just not done very well, and the fact that the brother gets off on being eaten alive by his sister daily is just uncomfortable |

| It’s not about the horror. Higurashi is also a horror anime and it does a good job at being good. The problem with this anime is that the plot is shit and makes no sense. The characters’ actions makes no sense and aren’t even explained. There’s literally an episode about the sister eating her brother and nothing else. She’s eating him for the whole 3 minutes while saying Onii-chan. They clearly weren’t interested in making this a good anime. |
