| I think people assume it's Chinese and won't watch it. I've run across people like that before. I have a policy of watching at least 1 episode of every new first run anime per season. I have found many hidden gems that way. |

I have found many hidden gems that way. same here i feel like watching episode at most 3 is how can tell if its for me i did the same for demon slayer, JJK and violet evergarden Yeah I have a 3-5 episode wall providing I make it to the end of e1. Sometimes you just know. lol Violet Evergarden is one of mine, too. Forest Piano is another that comes to mind. And so many shorts like Ganbaree Dohki-chan. |
| It was in my TOP 5 most anticipated as well. Along with "Fumetsu no Anata e 2", "Peter Grill 2", "Chainsaw Man" and "Bleach". Unfortunately it didn't meet my expectations. It was beautiful and had it's violent moments, but that's all that appealed to me, the rest was dreadfully generic. |
