That's an interesting dynamic between Kanzaki and Haibara with thier shared history and juxtaposing the crazy saleswoman wanting a simple happy family and the serious detective unable to form genuine relationships.

Las amas de casa que castigan (creo que ese era su nombre) solo son las subordinadas de una organización aun más grande la cual les provee las libido cloth.

Está organización probablemente usa el poder de las gemas para controlar la oferta y demanda del poder a través de las libido cloth. Ofrece libido cloths a sus subordinados para que se unan a sus filas y al mismo tiempo vende productos similares al público a través vendedoras como kanzaki para que la gente común pueda defenderse de las libido cloth por un alto precio. Este método también serviría para descartar a las amas de casa más débiles.

Punishing housewives (I think that was their name) are just the subordinates of an even larger organization which provides them with the libido cloth.

This organization probably uses the power of the gems to control the supply and demand of power through the cloth libidos. He offers libido cloths to his subordinates to join his ranks and at the same time sells similar products to the public through vendors like kanzaki so that common people can fend off libido cloths for a high price. This method would also serve to rule out weaker housewives.
