At the end of the day, the mirror world is different world, so yes it is an isekai (This particular arc). There are also other anime in which the mirror world or mirror is used as an iskai plot/plot device. (Like swapping the mc).

If this is an isekai then Jojo part 5(where the gang transported into the mirror world) is also an isekai thing

I would say not, it's a case of an alternative dimension. Like with time travel anime, you wouldn't classify them as isekai for having the protagonist go through different timelines.

it is tho, isekai means different world or another world in this case Araragi is transported into a mirror world which is a different world. unlike time travel anime where the mc is just going into a different time period not a different world.

In a pedantic and technical sense I guess you could call it an Isekai. But in a 'would I group this together with other shows branded with the Isekai tag' then no.
