I really enjoyed watching goblin slayer and I’m interested in reading the manga but it’s also got a light novel too, so I was wondering like if there are any differences between the two or is reading the manga good ?

The Light Novel is superior imo.

It's one of the first light novels that I've ever read, and is still one of my favorite series.

The good thing about the LN is that the dialogue and art is superior, plus you get to be way ahead of the manga release.

Tbh I’ve never really read any light novels and it’s kinda something I want to do, like obvs starting with cote, goblin slayer, 86 and overlord but how do you get yourself to read LNs I know it may seem like a weird question lol

I prefer reading them physically, so one day I went to my local bookstore and bought Re:Zero without even knowing what a light novel was.

I just started reading it like a regular book and following the manga like illustrations for reference on what the characters look like, it's pretty easy as they are targeted towards a younger audience, so they aren't as complicated or long as regular novels.

Plus I had already other novels like Harry Potter when I was younger, so it wasn't too unfamiliar for me.

Yeah COTE is an extremely easy series to start with, the writing on it is pretty simple and easy to follow.
