The synopsis has it as a recap of S1 so you don't have to watch it unless you need to remember some stuff. I'm also waiting just to confirm it actually is recap.

The movie is available to stream on Japan streaming service U-NEXT as of January 2023. Just finished watching it. From what I can tell, its mostly recap of Season 1 but with additional scenes not found in the regular episodes of Season 1. So its not strictly speaking necessary to watch it but a nice to watch as at the end it will introduce some of the characters for Season 2.
