I should have ended it on the series. i started binge watching it just after the "kiss" π it got me interested in the drama ,btw do recommend me smtg like this if u know some. |

FlamingMangos said: True. The movies are awful. But I think the 3rd movie has some substance. It's because the ending of the movie actually adapts the ending of the manga a bit more faithfully. While the anime actually takes a more original approach. So if you want to see the manga ending animated that's what you need to watch. They're essentially the same thing though. And for context, the first 3 Touch movies are basically the entire plot from episode 1 to 101 compressed into 3 parts. As you can expect, it has a lot of cut content and weird changes but at least they look good. The 4th and 5th movies are completely original. And they were probably TV movies. I thought the 4th movie was watchable. The story was interesting enough and I loved seeing the characters going to college. The 5th movie is a complete disaster though. |
| Around episode 90ish is when it appears to pick up the pace. This anime is honestly one of the most dragged out and filler-heavy anime I've ever watched. There's a disgusting stretch of episodes somewhere in the 50 range that even includes some recap episodes. |
