Right look at the characters. Yuri looks like The Nurse, just look at her hair. The girl looks like Yuri's mum or something its refereed too in chapter 1. Now what the Nurse did was swap the kids so her child would have a better life thats why she's so fucking obsessed with that bitch. The girl finds out she's meant to be in Yuri's position and fears her ever growing love with Oppa. Then they find out Oppa was the wrong kid. DURUDRUDURD HAPPY ENDING.
