-Barges into Miruki's room
-Say she should dye her hair back to black
-Refuse to elaborate
-Leaves.

Whoa, whoa, whoa there, Miruki. With that 4th wall break about Matsuri's personality.

Im impressed that no character commented how didn't changed much the Miruki's Elements vs Heaven form.

Touma is lonely without Hughie, so he needed to find a new bro.

Blah... We just got so many good episodes in a row. Not a big fan of Miruki's "hot guy this, hot guy that" episodes.

This week's episode shows why Miruki is the best character. She literally called out Masturi being the main character. Also love any episode that Miruki is based on. Sadly the brightness element is my least favorite outfit as it just white which is fine but getting the heaven coord feels like it barely changed. Either way Still lived for this episode.

Next week were getting Bolt and Auru which I'm surprised about I thought we were getting the water element next week but I guess not.

@Silent_Shadow05: I respectfully disagree. In my, personal, honest opinion, this episode shows why she's the worst character in the show. This episode shows that she has learned nothing from her experiences, and not only is she a spiteful, jealous person who can't stomach positive people like Matsuri (why else would she call her out for being the "main character"?), she also really is that shallow, which is shown when she didn't have the courage to go back to her original black hair (which it turns out, she had just had dyed pink).

Also, I think Lux, the Brightness Element only decided to give her her Heaven ensemble because:

1. He didn't want Miss Fesslida to shut down Primagi for good like she said she would.
2. He hoped to teach Miruki some kind of long term lesson about getting your way and what happens when you eventually don't.
3. He felt that he might be making things worse by not giving her her Heaven ensemble. I'm tempted to say "the lesser of two evils", but that would be too melodramatic.
4. Two or more--if not all-- of the above.

Remember how the other characters had to come to terms with their flaws, and who they really are, and stuff? With Miruki, it's the exact opposite; a subversion, as well as an inversion of character development. To put it one way: there is no "real" Miruki Amauri, only the fake "cute" image she wants others to see her as, which is where the irony of this episode lies. Matsuri is a good person, but she only tries to stop her from "changing herself" because she has/had still fallen for her fake cute charms. I know that being all confrontational doesn't solve things either, but still.

All in all, I'm thinking the writers did all this in order to remind the viewers not to be shallow; you know, whether they plan to become idols themselves or not. In any case, I'm personally kind of disappointed that the episode turned out the way it did. I had hoped that Miruki would finally get over herself and start being a better person, but I guess this show had to have some degree of "Status Quo is God"...

Next week is supposed to be Auru's "scientific" approach to unlocking her Heaven ensemble, but maybe she'll learn that there's more to it than just science?...

Again just because you don’t like Miruki as a character doesn’t mean Silent_Shadow05 can’t. It’s clear as day that you don’t like her prior to last discussion posts but this person does.

I honestly don’t think you understand Miruki’s character at all. Miruki’s whole character arc is all about loving herself for the way she is and not giving a rat’s ass about what other people think of her. Yeah personality wise she can be a brat but that’s what makes her interesting and entertaining instead of being a “vanilla” character. Also the element chose her because Miruki accepts both versions of herself and the way she does her own Primagi. She likes putting on cute things and that’s ok. Also the character development is literally there as she learns to open herself up more with the rest of the girls especially Lemon and Matsuri. I feel like you’re just mad because she isn’t the character you personally wanted her to be.

I never said, or implied that no one could like any character in their own way, nor did I criticize anyone for their opinion on any of the characters or anything else. I was simply giving my take on it, and presenting it from a different point of view. That’s all. I don’t believe I did anything wrong by doing just that.

Overall, I still don’t think you understand Miruki as a character and you always have something negative to say about her in almost every discussion post.

Wow Miruki's truly the best idol, she has grown so much and her whole concept of being cute for yourself, accepting every side of yourself, really moved me. I love Miruki. ♡
