| Nice movie fr fr. Gotta go 8/10. Got to look into a handful of characters lives. Had some drama, bonding, crying, eating together. Loved how many outfits multiple characters had. Good ending song as well. |

| A decent movie overall although I felt it took a bit of a drop in the second half. Tsuru was a really fun character and so were all of her friends but I felt they dropped too many of their stories towards the end to focus on Kuramochi. Whilst I did like the direction they went with his character, the whole development felt incredibly rushed and without setup leaving the entire ordeal feeling a bit cheap. Despite this fairly major issue with where the film goes, I did still have a good time mostly due to the nice gliding segments, the beautiful music and the fun (if underdeveloped) characters. |

| A decent movie. I like the energy in sports genres, so this was nice to watch. Tamaki was fun to watch. Always felt a little loneliness from Kuramochi Jun. I can't see the ship sailing at all. Like, where is the expected boyfriend and dating time? She is completely being sucked into gliders. It was funny how Daisuke opened up his arms to hug Tamaki, and she just ducked and ran. The way she spoke to Jun, it felt like a propose. I totally ship these two. |

| It was a fine watch. And I liked the potential in here but this goes way too fast everywhere; from character relations to characters reasoning; I even rewinded a few parts to make sure I wasn't missing something even just in the visuals and NOPE. There is postives. Obviously it's gorgeous. Some of the landscapes are honestly desktop material. The planes looks seamless and the few times they go over aviation terminology like when they talk about what thermaling is, really knowledgeable. Plus it's about college students which is hardly the focus in most animes. This feels like it should've been a 12 episode series and I feel like I would've really enjoyed it much more with time for us to get to understand the whole glinding mechanics and even possibly passion behind each characters on it. The ending is, just, wow. Though I liked the possibility of Tamaki and Kuromochi it's like, dude why did he basically fake his death??? And then decide to oust his lie by coming in to check that maybe it was her??? Plus Sorachi basically gets absolutely dropped, he gets no ending and then gets roped in after he quits. It's just frustratingly head scratching. The manga might be more fleshed out; it feels like like they knocked out all the big points in the 5 volumes in one movie which is a little obnoxious but seems to be a trend now. It doesn't do anything justice. 5/10 wish it could have been better. |
