How to make MHA characters' quirks completely broken

Anybody who jumps or lunges at Uraraka now instantly faceplants into the ground.

Someone holding an object and taunting will instantly be holding the equivalent of a cruise ship and get slammed to the ground.

She could practically make someone faceplant simply for wearing clothes. It's like she's Kagome saying "SIT BOY" to Inuyasha.

Alternatively though, Jiro could gain the ability to control decibel levels of sound with no limit whatsoever. The maximum possible sound level that's actually sound instead of a blast wave is around 190 dB, so if she were to pump out a sound at 1000 dB (200,000,000,000,000,000,000 yottapascals RMS) it would create a blast wave stronger than a super nova. Her head would spontaneously turn into plasma and everything in a couple hundred miles radius at minimum would be instantly disintegrated from the shock wave.

It also made me realize that with just a little bit of a twist, literally anyone's quirk can be completely OP and broken. Here's some examples I thought of:

Momo Yaoyorozu:
Can now create a clone of herself which has its own ability to create things separate from the original. Momo essentially inherits Naruto's Shadow-Clone-Jutsu. Her clones can even all work together to create entire skyscrapers.

Shouto Todoroki:
Through sheer training alone, he becomes Aang and now has Earth powers and Air powers as well. Todoroki is now the last Avatar.

Tenya Iida:
Somehow he finds a way to replace his turbo mufflers with full on jet engines, and can now fly around the world at mach speeds while simultaneously blowing out your ear drums if you're too close.

As silly as these ideas seem, it feels like if any of the characters manage to get any more powerful than they already are, some stuff like this won't even be off the table in the near future.

How else could you break a character's quirk to the point of being ridiculously OP?
