Not chance at all, just read the manga. The manga ended more than 2 years ago and the studio Xebec was sold to other company.

As I just said, just read the manga. It’s highly unlikely that any studio would pick this up and even if that one in a million chance happens it still won’t adapt everything. The first season barely covered 30 chapters and there’s 210 in total.

Could you please tell what chapter was the last one, that anime covers? Want to start reading not from the beginning, thanks

You should probably start reading from Chapters 31-35 onwards.
Do not watch the OVAS just yet though.
Mostly because there’s several characters that were not introduced in the Anime so it would be a bother not knowing who they are (These characters have their arc from chapters 40-60 so after that then you should be fine); regarding Yuuna-san having another season, doubtful. Almost highly unlikely.
Anime is just a glorified advertisement. The manga has been finished for a couple years now.
The manga sold well. 20+ Volumes even without multiple seasons, if anything, given the amount of chapters (200+) and considering the pacing they had it would take at least six seasons to fully adapt the story. Most Ecchi series don’t have that amount, To Love Ru was among the very few exceptions to this rule but that’s because it was way too defining for a genre.
Also the studio that has the license was sold to another company that focuses in other projects.
There’s too many reasons why it probably (Business-wise) is not a good idea for the studio to give another season.
The manga is complete though so feel free to read if you want to find out how the story ends.

The other guy explained things quite well so I’m just gonna add that there’s a couple of chapters thar the anime didn’t adapt, and those were ch 20 & 21 so you might as well want to read them.
