Ch. 9
Ten thousands of attack robots, what a huge waste of MA Energy. Can't Shiraori take down all of these robots in just a second, or am I just overestimating her.

Ch. 11
Woah, hahaha! Foduey really just gave the 'superior creature' sir Gulie-Gulie life lessons! I learned life lessons from that too. I feel bad for Foduey though, he was the first and the progenitor of all vampires in the world, and it was all because of that pest Potimas Harrifenas!

Also, for some reason. Foduey gives [demon helper] vibes. Is [dh] perhaps a reincarnation of Foduey?

Ch. 13
Battle Clones are a match for Potimas's battle robots! In fact, they are much stronger than Potimas's clones. But what the heck!? How did Potimas mass-produced the Glorias that showed up!? Shiraori can easily defeat the Glorias in present, maybe, but let's not underestimate these Glorias since they are probably stronger than Potimas's original specs for them!

Ch. 15
I feel sad for Foduey. He's being quarantined but at least he has a longer lifespan now. They can still play chess with Gulie a little longer!

Ch. 16
Potimas Harrifenas, what a great bio-engineer you are.

Ch. 17
Meteor bullets sounds pretty OP and they sure are!

I hope someday, Shiraori will finally find a way to deal with the dragon anti-technique barrier because it seems a really huge hassle.
Ch. 18
Aww, Ariel making handkerchiefs fkr everyone <3

Also, Gulie still denying that she's in love with Sariel lol, two gods in love.

Ch. 19
Oh wow, in this chapter we learn a lot about the MA Energy and this world's Humanity's foolishness.

Ch. 20
Potimas Harrifenas popularized MA Energy in hopes that other fellow Scientists would figure out eternal life and sacrificed humanity and would leave the planet if it were to fall apart. Damn, he even has already made preparations.

Ch. 21
YOOO SHIRAORI CAN FINALLY CANCEL OUT ANTI-TECHNIQUE BARRIERS!!!

It really is indeed powerful and she calls it, "Gluttunous Evil Eye" THAT SOUNDS SO EPIC LMAO LEZZG

Wtf, there are more than that one sea urchin robot. Potimas, wtf. But that will probably be easy for Shiraori. LEZZGO

Ch. 23
Oh no, I hope Ariel will be fine, or saved by Shiraori!!!

Ch. 24
So at that time, Gulie actually went to the Orphanage to persuade Sariel to tolerate the dragons killing off the parasites.

Ch. 28
They have successfully defeated Potimas Harrifenas, killed by his own daughter!

Lezzgo, so many funsies happened!

Ch. 30
Please don't die Ariel, I want you to live longer, Shiraori too, and the others!!! Oh no I am about to cry, must hold feelings back.

Potimas is finally gone huh? I feel relieved and happy ehh, finally no more pest in the world.

Also, I forgot this I'm so sorry, but Shiraori is going to destroy the humans? I wonder why, I really forgot about this. If anyone's out there who can say it for me please tell :the:

As far as I recall from previous volumes - her end goal is to overthrow the skill system that the world currently operates on and "save" Sariel from it for the Demon Lord. Whatever she plans to do in order to achieve that apparently needs a huge amount of energy and the only way to get that much is to kill a large number of strong people and gather up the energy from all the stats/skills they possessed.

Bear in mind though that humanity in this world is effectively doomed anyway if nothing changes, since their souls are all breaking from the repeated cycle of gain skills -> fight -> die -> reincarnate so she is saving the world really, it's just the people living at this moment who have to die in order to save it naturally aren't gonna see it that way. Shun being Shun I'm expecting him to insist on finding some idealistic solution that doesn't exist instead so he & Guli/Hyrince will likely be the main enemies for the final 2 volumes.

Ohh I see, thank you for explaining it to me.

Also, Shun and Gulie v.s. Shiraori sounds like a very interesting thing to occur :ehe:

We have officially caught up with the present!

I loved every moment of the flashback. It's amazing how much damage Potimas caused back then. This volume makes me want to see a prequel to this series.

Potimas really did have a ridiculous amount of firepower. Unfortunately for him, White has become insanely op. I almost felt bad when White took out his ultimate army without even giving them the chance to fight back.

RIP Potimas.

Potimas was pitiful indeed.
It was funny how scared of white he was and how he was pleading like a kid at the supermarket at the end but it was satisfying to see him finally gone.
As someone in this thread said, i don't picture Shun even after maxing taboo agreeing with the method of Shiraoshi so he is probably gonna be the main enemy along with possibily the word of god pontiff and possibly the empire aswell.

Hands down the best volume so far. A brilliant end. And now we have finally learnt of the foolish humans of that world. Honestly, even in real world, people keep on spending irreversible resources despite all the warnings, so it kinda stuck with me. I am sure our world will meet a terrible end too.

"The reason is simple, though I am especially loath to acknowledge it: He is my father, if only by blood."

I nearly gagged myself while reading this lmao.

“Was there really any meaning to a life you spent fleeing death?”

Summed up my thoughts about Potimas. What a pitiful being he was. Eternal life is a dream a kid comes up with. For as they say,"Change is the only constant". No one can survive forever.

"Now, then, time to destroy humanity and save the world and the goddess.
Even if that goes against the goddess’s wishes."

And hence, after a long long journey, the wheel of time finally moves forward. Let's see where this story heads.

Your explanation is wrong. They already got the energy they need (the minimum amount at least) and destroying the humans is not part of the plan to gather more energy.

White explains in a monologue (it was either volume 9,10 or 11) that when she destroys the system everyone will have their skills and stats yanked from their souls and this will cause damage to their souls and the higher the amount of skills and stats the worse the damage will be. Considering that people from that world have had their souls already weakened from all the reincarnation they are being forced to go through, its easy to imagine that a FUCK TON on people will die.

White explained to Gulie and Ariel how she plans to destroy the system, but intentionally left out the part about people dying in the process. This will certain trigger Gulie into either attacking her after everything happened or to prevent her from doing breaking the system (if he learns what's going to happen to the humans).
I despise woke people.

Aha, I see! I went back to refresh myself now you pointed it out and the relevant part is volume 10, chapter 8 if anyone else wants to read it back again. Just before the part you mention, she talks about how they don't have enough energy yet and it looks like I'd managed to remember only that bit and conflate it with the line about destroying humanity nanajp was asking about from this volume. But of course, they have actually gotten that energy in the meantime from the big human-demon war where Julius died. So it seems like "destroy humanity" was actually a slight exaggeration, the weak humans with few stats and levels might still survive after she destroys the system. I'll stand by my second paragraph for now, but the first one was for sure wrong on my part.
