Can someone help me figure out the timeline?

I started reading this manga a while ago, and I've been very confused about the order of things.

In chapter 10/10.5 it looks like Satou and Kojima became a couple after he graduated HS. Then we start vol2 back in HS but they're already dating even though he has yet to graduate?

Did the author change the plot or something between vol1 and 2?

Late response but it was originally a one-shot so everything before the second pair are introduced where all that was planned. The chapter when he was in university was a bonus one then after that chapter the manga was serialised so the Author decided to go back in time to just after Kojima and Satou got together.
