So does anyone know what exactly happened in the 4 major human errors? I only understood the first one: an entire CONTINENT(i.e. Australia, the entire North America) was turned into salt which has already dissolved into the sea. What happened in the other Errors? Are they explained in L.N. yet? I REALLY want to know about them. I would be very grateful if someone told me about them. This is honestly an awesome and a very unique show and I have no idea why it has such a low score.

I guess it's because the first thing they see the MC do is kill the guy "unprovoked" and stuff, I've seen so much comments around the show being "man-hating" and what ever bs that I can't wrap my head around. Migth be something along those lines.

They already explained it in LN. You'll going to see about Pandemonium and a little bit about Starhusk in the anime. I want to tell you about it, but it'll be spoilers. And most of the anime-viewers-only hate being spoiled.
