Im worried after reading chapter 67 well more like skimming it, we see Kanoko with another guy who looks like a date, Especially after chapter 61 it has me worried that she and MC will be written apart wondering what the case is

I'm going to assume that you're worried whether the manga would take weird turn later on.
Chapter 61 actually solidifies Kanoko's feeling towards Nagomu.
Her brother also shown to be concerned about her. Dude who's visiting her in the tea shop probably conjured to push the story later on.

Most likely the japanese raws.
The english scanlation of the manga is ongoing and currently at chapter 16 with roughly one chapter completed per month.
