should I keep watching after the kantou tournament?

Its all fillers now after the tournament ends in episode 128. Are the remaining episodes(fillers) bearable or should I just skip to the sequel?

I found them to be fine but you could go to ep 166 if you dont like the America filler arc.

After a certain point, TPoT just becomes literal sports magic, so if you like that, keep watching. But in all my rewatches of the anime I only ever watch the first few episodes because those are my favorite...
