Since it's ONA season I think Koyomimonogatari doesn't contribute a lot to the story(?) I mean it's okay tho if i drop this isn't it? we can still understand the series without watching this (I think) lmk your thoughts.

No, watch the last two episodes, they are important for Owarimonogatari S2

you can .. but the last episode of it does contribute to the story .. so you might wanna watch that.. last one or two not sure.. anyways it's quite fun tho I recommend you watching it and not skipping it
