Sousei No Taiga A Reschuffled Suicide Island

I really enjoy this manga but it feels like it hits a lot of the same story beats as Suicide Island. Mori Kouji is an amazing author and this could just be a reoccurence of themes because of his personal world view. That said a young man dejected and disillusioned with modern society, is force out of it, into an extreme survival situation. Just to find out its the one thing he was really good at. That describes both of his works. I wonder with the new threat introduced he can show us something new, like how Holy Land felt like a master class piece of fiction.

Just to find out its the one thing he was really good at".you could say that about holyland as well! i like this one a lot more than suicide Island to be honest, i get were you coming from, but this feels like an upgrade to suicide Island in my opinion
