While this is often used in a not-really-joking joking way (think adolescent boys in a macho environment), I strongly believe there is another aspect to this. The conservative has a sliiiight tendency to declare things that are likely to turn them on sexually as right/just/good and analogues that do not as wrong, perverted and what have you (as in: should be forbidden).

(For statistics: I'm a happy penis wielder and consider myself as straight as they come. And this show gives me a fluffy high, making me grin ear to ear like an idiot.)
